Live lesson packages

Packages purchase a number of live, private lessons, normally 50 minutes each. They do not guarantee completion of a course, level or project within a fixed number of lessons. Lessons are mainly in English; Arabic instruction is arranged according to availability.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Inform the school at least five hours before a lesson to cancel or request rescheduling. Later cancellations normally count as a conducted lesson. Arriving late reduces the time available within the scheduled lesson. Teachers must be ready at the agreed start time.

Emergencies and technical problems

Up to two emergency reschedules per student are available each calendar month, subject to the school’s approval of the emergency. Approved student-side technical problems can use this allowance and are rescheduled without counting the lesson. If a teacher-side technical problem prevents the lesson, we arrange a free reschedule without using the student’s allowance.

Pauses and validity

Lesson packages have no expiration. Inform the school when you wish to pause. Contact us to arrange a suitable schedule when returning; the same teacher or time slot may depend on availability.

Prices, offers and payment

Published prices are in USD. Agree the package, payment currency, final amount and any combined eligible offers with the school before paying. A referral offer qualifies after the invited friend purchases lessons. We send a Stripe payment link after agreement.

Before purchasing

Before payment, ask us to confirm the terms for unused lessons, refunds, scheduling and any required software. We will agree your final package details with you.
