How information submitted through this website is used.
Who we are
This website is operated for Brilliant Algorithm FZ-LLC, an online programming and digital skills school. Families can contact the school through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or its listed social channels.
Trial and enquiry information
A parent or guardian may submit their name, contact details, child’s age, interests, experience and scheduling preferences. We use this information to respond, arrange a trial and discuss lessons. Please do not submit payment details, passwords or sensitive child information.
Services used by the website
Formspree processes enquiry submissions and delivers them to the school’s account. WhatsApp and social links open the relevant external service. Payments are arranged separately through Stripe links; this website does not collect card details. Each service has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website remembers your analytics choice in local browser storage. Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow it. You can change this choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. The private admin area uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and security.
Student work and recordings
Identifiable student work is published only with parent or guardian permission. A project may use only the student’s first name. Lesson recordings are made only when requested and agreed with the family. Contact the school to discuss permission, access, retention or removal.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form or WhatsApp to ask about your information, correct a detail, request removal or ask how long a record is kept. Please identify the relevant request without sharing unnecessary child information.
