What to expect before the trial, during lessons and when choosing a package.
Is the trial a real lesson?
Yes. Your child tries a live 1-on-1 activity and we discuss a suitable starting path. No payment card is required. Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking; we contact you to agree a time.
Do beginners need coding experience?
No. We match the starting activity to the learner’s interests and experience. Scratch is a common first step; the right choice depends on readiness.
How does a lesson work?
We check the homework, make a quick revision, introduce a new topic and give tasks for the student to try independently. Lessons are live, private and usually 50 minutes.
Who makes the projects?
The student does. Approximately every eight lessons, they choose and make an original project using what they have learned. The teacher may offer hints or debugging questions, without building it for them.
Can we pause a package?
Yes. Lesson packages have no expiration. Inform the school when you want to pause, then agree a suitable schedule when you return.
Can we reschedule a lesson?
Tell the school at least five hours before the lesson. Later cancellations normally count as a conducted lesson. Up to two approved emergency reschedules are available each month; the school reviews emergency requests. See the lesson policies for details.
Are lessons in English or Arabic?
Lessons are mainly in English. Teaching in Arabic can be arranged when needed; confirm the subject and teacher’s availability with the school.
How do parents follow progress?
Homework review, weekly assessments, project milestones and parent progress updates make the learning visible. Certificates are provided when the agreed learning path is completed.
What equipment do we need?
A laptop or desktop, reliable internet and the tools for the chosen subject. We explain setup and any account requirements before the lesson. A phone alone is not suitable for most paths.
How do we pay?
After you agree the package and any eligible combined discounts with the school, we send a Stripe payment link. The currency and final amount are confirmed before payment. Please do not send card details through the enquiry form.
