Prices are package totals in USD. Unit prices are rounded to two decimal places. Your payment currency and final amount are agreed before a Stripe payment link is sent. A package is a lesson bundle, not a promise to finish a level in a fixed number of lessons.

Sibling & referral offers
Families with more than one child can ask about sibling savings. Referral offers become eligible when an invited friend purchases lessons. Eligible offers can be combined; we confirm the details and final price with you before payment.
Honest feedback matters
Share private feedback with the school to help us improve. Ask about any current private-feedback offer. Public reviews are always voluntary and are not a condition for a discount.
Ask about current offersCan we pause a package?
Yes. Lesson packages have no expiration. Inform the school when you want to pause, then agree a suitable schedule when you return.
Can we reschedule a lesson?
Tell the school at least five hours before the lesson. Later cancellations normally count as a conducted lesson. Up to two approved emergency reschedules are available each month; the school reviews emergency requests. See the lesson policies for details.
Can I pay on the website?
We first agree the package, schedule, currency and any eligible offers with you, then send a Stripe payment link. The website does not take payment details.
